Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time task. We regularly review our site for color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive links, and screen-reader compatibility, and we welcome your feedback to help us do better.

Some features rely on third-party providers — online ordering is powered by Lightspeed and reservations by OpenTable. These services open in a new tab and are governed by their own accessibility practices. If you encounter a barrier on one of these tools, please reach out and we will gladly assist you directly.

WCAG 2.2 AA Certification

Accessible Web is pleased to provide an update on the recent accessibility upgrade to https://www.nourthai.com, a collaborative effort between Accessible Web and Nour Thai.

Our process began with a comprehensive WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audit by Accessible Web of key pages of the site. Following the audit, we delivered detailed remediation recommendations for Nour Thai’s website. We are pleased to confirm that as of December 17, 2025, Nour Thai has addressed all recommendations. In instances where remediation was not technically feasible, the content was removed to maintain the accessibility of the user experience. Nour Thai plans to continue to work closely with Accessible Web to re-develop these components, ensuring that future updates adhere to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

To maintain accessibility, Accessible Web recommends periodic manual audits of new or updated features and designs, and using Accessible Web RAMP to proactively monitor the evolving website. We also encourage the Nour Thai’s marketing team to integrate accessibility best practices into their content updates. Accessible Web is available to support Nour Thai’s future efforts.
